Savannah Cole, counselor at Cole Counseling Co.

Hi, I’m Savannah.

Savannah Cole, LCPC-c, LADC
Counseling online for people across Maine.

When life feels overwhelming, it can help to have a place where you don’t have to hold everything together. I offer a warm, nonjudgmental space to talk through what’s happening and make sense of what you need.

My approach is collaborative. We’ll look at the patterns behind your challenges, make room for your emotions, and work on practical ways to handle everyday life. Your goals and your pace matter here.

I care about the whole picture: your mental and emotional health, your physical well-being, your relationships, and the circumstances you’re living in. Counseling should make room for all of you.

How I work

I bring experience in crisis work, social work, and substance use counseling. That background has taught me to listen closely, stay curious, and meet people where they are.

In our sessions, there’s room to understand what’s underneath a difficult pattern and to practice something different. I draw from approaches including CBT, DBT, IFS, and Gestalt, adapting our work to your needs.

My faith and values are part of what brings me to this work. Your experiences, beliefs, and priorities will have space here, too.

You can ask questions, tell me when something isn’t helping, and be part of deciding where we go next. I want counseling to feel like something we do together.
